Its frill detailing on the shoulder gives feminine feeling to the girl wearing it. The button down option is great to create front slit in the dress of our choice. We loved the print and the way it was hand block printed with a little thicker outline on the print. A drawstring on the waist to create the shape makes it more feminine.
