CODE OF CONDUCT
A fair trade, is a trade done with humanity in each of its process. Textile is said to be the second largest industry for unethical trade practices all over the world. Child labour, exploitation, forced labour, discrimination; non-environmental production, etc. are some examples of immensely unfair manufacturing of textile products whereas a fair trade product is which is made in a healthy environment and by satisfied people.
We adhere to ethical manufacturing or fair trade and commit for:-
We ensure safe and healthy environment for everyone in our facility. Healthy environment creates healthy and creative minds.
No child labour will be found working in our factory. We even support and provide facility to ladies who still have interest in basic education.
Providing basic and emergency facilities like training, medical, etc.
No exploitation means no person is forced to work in extra hours or without facilities. Proper working hours, proper leaves arrangement.
We give a big no to discrimination of any kind and we mean it! All genders are equally treated and respected in the facility.
